Today has been a very heart opening day!.  What joyous energy came through today.  Now that the drama of the full moon has dissipated we can all take a deep breath.

Expand your heart energy.  Give yourself and someone else a big hug....hug your pet, or a child.  Speak words of love and caring.  What you put out comes back to you...make it loving.
